Free Health Card for Germany (KKH)
European Health Card (KKH) is offered FREE for people who engage with a labor contract in Germany. KKH in Germany, we facilitate to persons holding an employment contract for Germany to obtain the European Health Insurance Card (state). The service is FREE for you, also for your family, if they accompany you in Germany. FOR OBTAINING THE HEALTH CARD you must follow these steps:
- Download the form „Declaratie de aderare la KKH”
- Fill in the required form “INFORMATII GENERALE PRIVIND MEMBRUL” and “INFORMATII GENERALE PRIVIND PROTECTIA PRIN ASIGURARE”. (See the example SPECIMEN. Markings and signature in yellow are mandatory, the rest is optional
- After filling in the “Declaratie de aderare la KKH” you will sign, scan and send it by email to kkh@petrolvalves.ro, along with:
- Passport type photos
- A copy of the employment contract or any document that proves that you are accepted for employment in Germany.
IMPORTANT
After checking the documents sent by email and their validation at KKH GERMANY, you will receive a confirmation within a few days of your accession to the KKH Health Insurance House. Within approx. 3-4 weeks you will receive free at your home, shipment through German Post service, the KKH health card.
